The Chambers Hotel is a vibrant and artistic place to stay, with a fantastic location close to many bars and restaurants. though I did experience some discomfort due to heat issues during my stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my time here feel more welcoming. Overall, it was an enjoyable visit with some areas needing attention.

6.8/10

My stay at The Chambers Hotel was mixed. The room was beautifully decorated with a fantastic shower and a comfortable bed, but the breakfast setup left much to be desired. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, I felt a bit uncomfortable with the neighborhood surroundings, especially after dark.

The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome, prioritizing my safety throughout my stay. They were very accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed, despite the few hiccups during my visit.
Location
6.0
While the location is incredibly convenient, being near theaters and downtown highlights, I did feel uneasy with the nightlife around the area. It seemed to attract a lot of homeless individuals, causing me to be cautious when venturing out after dark.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was rather lackluster, served in a somewhat dreary part of the restaurant. Though the food was good, I expected a bit more variety and a brighter atmosphere to start my day off right.
Facilities

The hotel had no on-site parking, which was a hassle. There was also a lack of basic amenities, like coffee in the morning, which disappointed me. On a positive note, the hotel was well-maintained and clean.

6.2/10

I had a pretty great stay at The Chambers Hotel. The location is ideal, right in the heart of downtown near theaters, but the lobby was a bit plain. While the staff was super friendly and helpful, my room didn't get cleaned after the first night, which was a bummer. Overall, it was a unique boutique experience, but there are definitely some areas for improvement.

Rooms
8.0
The room was clean and beautifully decorated, though it was a bit small. The bed was super comfy, but my room lacked proper cleaning on the second day, which was disappointing.
Service
9.0
The staff really shined during my stay. They were attentive and friendly, going out of their way to help with check-in and room requests, which made my experience enjoyable.
Location
8.0
The hotel is perfectly situated downtown, close to great restaurants and theaters, making it a fantastic spot if you're catching a show. However, it can be tricky finding parking nearby.
Dining
5.0
I didn't eat at the in-house restaurant, Mercy, but it's got a neat vibe and I've heard good things about it. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, though—kind of basic and lacking fresh options.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offered convenient services like dry cleaning and a welcoming drink, but the lack of coffee availability during breakfast was disappointing. There's no onsite gym, which could be a downside for some.

6.0/10

My stay at The Chambers Hotel was a blend of fantastic service and some minor inconveniences. I truly appreciated the spacious and stylish rooms, not to mention the attentive staff. However, I did encounter some cleanliness issues that detracted from the overall experience. The location was convenient for exploring the city, although it had its rough edges.

Rooms
8.0
The room was spacious, stylish, and had thoughtful design touches, including a comfortable couch and a rainfall shower. However, I was disappointed to find that the King bed I paid for actually turned out to be a 'Super Queen'.
Service
10.0
I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, with Mariah and Steve at the front desk going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Dion at the restaurant was also a highlight, creating good cocktails and recommending excellent food.
Location
7.0
While the hotel is in a good spot for walking to many downtown attractions, the surrounding area has some challenges, including visible homelessness. It's convenient for accessing public transit and major driving routes, though.
Dining
8.0
The dining options were decent, but the breakfast setup was in a poorly lit area and lacked variety. However, the crab cake at the hotel restaurant, Mercy, was really good, easily one of the best I've ever had.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offers useful facilities such as parking (self-parking for a fee) and a welcoming atmosphere, although the options for dining could be expanded.

I had a mixed experience at The Chambers Hotel in Minneapolis. On the one hand, the decor and boutique feel were appealing, but the service and some room amenities fell short. I appreciated the heated bathroom floors and rain showerhead. yet encountered issues such as expired items in the mini fridge and less-than-attentive staff.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were stylishly decorated and featured high-speed internet and a kitchenette, but I found expired items in the mini fridge and expired pods for the cappuccino machine.
Service
5.0
The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and unclear, which led to check-in issues and a lack of follow-up on my concerns.
Location
6.0
The hotel is conveniently located across from the Orpheum Theatre, though the immediate area felt a bit noisy and less maintained.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast options were limited to a grab-and-go setup, and the dining area had an uninviting ambiance that left something to be desired.
Facilities
6.0
I liked the fitness center, but the hotel did not provide thorough housekeeping or room service during my stay, which was disappointing.
